FACIAL TONER - with Bulgarian Rose, Jasmine and Carrot Seed Essential Oils
After thoroughy cleansing skin using St. Maarten Nectar's Mature Facial Cleanser, pat dry face and lightly saturate a sterile cotton ball or pad with the Toner. Gently wipe damp cotton along the face being sure to cover the chin, forehead, nose and t-zone. Allow to dry and follow with a St. Maarten Nectar Mature Facial Moisturizer.
